Case Studies
Every number here is real. No vanity metrics — just measurable impact from studios who trusted us.
Void Crew, Hutlihut Games
Hutlihut Games had just launched Maximum Calamity — Void Crew's biggest update ever, with new enemies, weapons, console launch, and a content roadmap that should have reset expectations. But when Respawnify took over marketing management, the picture was uneven.
The YouTube channel was in active decline: -42 subscribers in 28 days, 31K views, just 88.8 watch hours. The creator pipeline was non-existent — no outreach system, no repeatable process for turning keys into content. TikTok, X, and Facebook were posting but not growing. The game had the product. It didn't have the marketing operation.
What We Did
We ran a two-pronged program over 29 days:
Owned channels. Restructured YouTube content strategy from personality-driven clips to feature-focused showcases. Audited TikTok, X, and Facebook performance across ~40 combined posts, identifying ceilings, opportunities, and where to rebuild.
Creator pipeline. Built the entire system from scratch: 440+ cold outreach emails across two waves, tiered creator profiles, key distribution with tracking, multi-platform activation (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X), squad streaming pods, and performance analysis.
No paid sponsorships. No creator fees. Just targeted outreach, accountability structure, and content strategy.
Why This Matters
Most game marketing agencies run you a campaign and send you a highlight reel. We sent Hutlihut a full diagnostic with the playbook for the next phase — not just a report on what happened, but a working system for what comes next.
In 28 days, we reversed a channel in decline, stood up a creator pipeline from zero, and delivered a repeatable process — not another campaign, but a marketing operation.
Crewed
Game: Crewed
Campaign: Steam Next Fest
Prep Time: ~1 week
Channels: Creator Outreach (paid), Organic Outreach, Paid Ads (Reddit-heavy)
Campaign Period: June 15–22
The Situation
Approached Next Fest with no runway — only 7 days to plan, produce, and deploy. Baseline sat at 2,605 wishlists — decent but not enough to break out during a crowded Next Fest.
Decision: go wide fast across three channels simultaneously instead of picking one.
Daily Performance
What Worked
What Would've Been Different With More Runway
Key Takeaway
Doubling wishlists in 8 days on a week of prep proves that motion beats perfection at this scale. The three-channel stack (paid creators + organic + Reddit ads) created enough surface area to compensate for zero lead time. With proper planning, the same playbook could push higher — but the core lesson is that clear execution beats a perfect plan that arrives late.
Spiritus Vindicta
Spiritus Vindicta came in with a strong atmospheric horror concept, but its original branding was not communicating the tone, quality, or genre clarity the game needed to stand out. The previous identity lacked strong horror positioning, visual cohesion, memorable iconography, storefront readability, and a scalable branding system for marketing and community growth.
The original branding created several major issues: unclear genre signaling, inconsistent visual tone, weak thumbnail and storefront visibility, low emotional impact, and limited scalability across platforms.
The new identity system was built around atmospheric horror, mystery, isolation, and psychological tension. Every visual element was redesigned: a custom horror-inspired logo and wordmark, dark cinematic color palette, recognizable character icon, Steam capsule artwork, achievement icons, social media assets, banners, and scalable branding assets for future marketing.

Old branding
The previous branding lacked horror clarity, had inconsistent presentation, felt visually outdated, and struggled to establish a memorable identity.

New branding system
The new identity created clear horror genre recognition, stronger visual memorability, improved storefront readability, deeper emotional atmosphere, and a more professional overall presentation.
A strong brand identity is more than just a logo — it shapes how players emotionally perceive a game before they ever press play.
